We’ve teamed up with our award-winning wine supplier Liberty Wines, to bring you an evening of indulgent food paired beautifully with incredible wines.
Over the course of the evening, you will indulge in a five-course tasting menu, with a guided tasting of sparkling, white, red, and dessert wines.
Take a journey of flavour and discovery through 5 refined courses curated by our Head Chef, Chris Reygate, specifically designed to showcase the wonderful produce of Northumberland.
