To launch our monthly tasting evenings, we’ve teamed up with local Northumberland producer Hepple Gin to bring you an evening of indulgent food and exquisite gin tasting.
Over the course of the evening, you will indulge in a five-course tasting menu, accompanied by three signature cocktails and an opportunity to discover the unique expressions of the delicious range of Hepple’s ultra-premium spirits, with a guided intimate tasting from head distiller and founders, Chris Garden and Walter Riddell.
Chris and Walter will introduce you to their unique gin, guiding you through tasting notes, production methods and, finally, sharing the secret of making the perfect tipple.
Take a journey of flavour and discovery through 5 refined courses curated by our Head Chef, Chris Reygate, specifically designed to compliment and incorporate the wonderful produce of Northumberland and Hepple Spirits.
-Berwick Edge Croquette, salted plum
-Hepple Cured Trout, cucumber, oyster
-Pine Smoked Swede, lovage, pickled mustard seeds
-Pork Loin, spiced red cabbage, plum & sloe jus
-Sloe & Blackberry parfait, douglas fir sherbet, hazelnut
-Berwick Edge Croquette, salted plum
-Heritage carrot, dill, cucumber

-Beetroot gnocchi, spiced red cabbage, goat's curd, plum & sloe jus
-Sloe & Blackberry parfait, douglas fir sherbet, hazelnut

A £15 per person non-refundable deposit will be taken within 2 days of bookings.
Any cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice of the event, the full ticket price will be charged (an additional £30 per person).
