To celebrate St Andrews Day, we’ve teamed up with an incredible scotch whisky producer, Compass Box, to bring you an evening of indulgent food and exquisite whisky tasting.
Over the course of the evening, you will indulge in a five course tasting menu, accompanied with two signature cocktails and an opportunity to discover the unique expressions of the delicious range of Compass Box's premium whiskys, with a guided intimate tasting from Brand Manager Vanessa Olson-Kerrigan.
Vanessa will introduce you to their unique whisky, guiding you through tasting notes, production methods and finally sharing the secret of making the perfect tipple.
Take a journey of flavour and discovery through 5 refined courses curated by our Head Chef, Chris Reygate specifically designed to compliment and incorporate the wonderful produce of Northumberland and Compass Box Spirits.
- Potato doughnut, black garlic, isle of mull cheddar
-Wester Ross salmon, kipper dashi, beetroot, horseradish
-Celeriac, cured egg yolk, lovage, toast
-Duck breast, crispy duck haggis, sea buckthorn, fermented carrot.
-Whisky & gingerbread ice cream sandwich, poached quince, juniper

-Beetroot and potato terrine, horseradish, cucumber
-Celeriac, cured egg yolk, lovage, toast
-Salt baked swede, crispy mushroom haggis, sea buckthorn, fermented carrot.

Please note, a non refundable deposit of £15 per person is required and will be charged within 2 days of booking.
Any cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice prior to the event will be charged the full ticket amount for the reservation (An additional £30 per person)
