Join us for a five-course tasting evening accompanied by three signature cocktails and a guided tasting of Ad Gefrin.
We’ve teamed up with local Northumberland producer Ad Gefrin to bring you an evening of indulgent food and exquisite whisky tasting.
Over the course of the evening, you will indulge in a five-course tasting menu, accompanied by three signature cocktails and an opportunity to discover the unique expressions of the delicious range of Ad Gefrin's spirits, with a guided intimate tasting.
Take a journey of flavour and discovery through 5 refined courses curated by our Head Chef, Chris Reygate, specifically designed to compliment and incorporate the wonderful produce of Northumberland and Ad Gefrin.
Chicken liver choux , elderberry.

Thirlings cured mackerel, burnt orange, radish.
