Adina Lonsdale

Our kitchen team is led by the incredibly talented young Head Chef Adina Lonsdale, who started her career at Michelin star, and AA Rosette venues including the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh, and Inverlochy Castle in the Scottish Highlands under Chef Michael Roux Jnr. Her deep understanding of local produce and respect for the seasonality of ingredients, combined with her exceptional cooking technique, is evident on the plate.
